Documentation
inseam is a context network. It connects all your data, wherever it lives, so you and your AI agents can find and use any of it.
inseam is in private beta. These pages describe what works today. Where something is not built yet, the page says so.

What you can expect
Section titled “What you can expect”- Your data stays where it lives. inseam keeps a search index of its text and metadata, and an address for each object. It fetches the object from its source only when you ask for it.
- Every object has an address.
inseam://{network}/{host}/{path}names where an object is. Search returns addresses. Fetch returns bytes from the host. - You decide what an agent may do. An agent asks for permissions the first time it connects: search, read, and whether it may write. You choose which hosts it sees and for how long, and you can revoke it at any time.
- The service can read your index. Like most cloud services can read the data they host. We protect it with per-network isolation, no standing operator access and an audit log you can see.
